Question: Do you accept orders from all countries? 
Answer: No. Besides the USA & Canada, we accept online orders from the following countries* - United Kingdom; France; Germany; Iceland; New Zealand; and Norway. If your country is not included in the list, please use the International Manual Order Form and send your order & payment by mail.

Question: Why am I being charged a $40 “Delivery Fee” for my order, in-addition to the $5 shipping fee?
Answer: Because of ongoing problems with International Orders. Some international customers have been claiming non-delivery of their order, resulting in chargebacks.
Question: What is the $40 used for?
Answer: To cover the additional cost of XpressPost International Shipping, which includes online Tracking, Delivery Confirmation, and Insurance. It's very expensive: between $45 & $55 per order (we pay any difference).
Question: Is there a less expensive way to order?
Answer: Yes. You can use the International Manual Order Form and send payment via the mail.
